Design directly inside SharpOS with Studio
Studio, a canvas-based workspace for building and exporting on-brand visuals, is now available inside every organization that turns it on.
Studio: a design canvas built into the hub
Studio is a new org-scoped workspace for building visuals without leaving SharpOS. Create projects and reusable templates, lay out frames with image, icon, SVG, text, and shape layers, group and nest elements, lock or hide layers while you work, pull in Google Fonts, and export finished frames when you're done. It's off by default and turns on per organization through the Studio feature flag.
Media Center becomes the shared library
Media Center now backs uploads, covers, and image fields everywhere in the product, with tags, a reusable picker, and organization-level upload limits, so the same asset library shows up whether you're setting a page cover, a customer photo, or a Studio image layer.
Link pages, boards, cards, and customers right from the editor
The shared editor can now insert live link blocks to a Page, Board, Card, Customer, Studio project, or Studio template. Each one renders with the right label and icon and takes you straight to that record.
Customers get the same flexible fields as everything else
Customer records now run on the same property system as Boards and Pages, with required-on-create fields, an email-required setting, and stronger person, date, and image fields.
A refreshed audit workspace
The audit workspace, findings list, scoring, and reports have a cleaner layout, including clearer presentation of AI-generated insights.
On top of all that, new legal pages (terms, privacy, cookies, DPA, subprocessors) are live, and the installable app got a round of polish.
