v1.7.10

Automations get date triggers, and forms support images and multi-file uploads

Automations can trigger off a card's date, forms now support images and multiple files, and iOS apps remember your last organization.

Automations

Workflows now have a settings panel for renaming a workflow, giving it an icon, turning it on or off, and deleting it, with a confirmation step before anything is removed. You can also trigger a workflow directly off a date field on a board card: set it up once, and SharpOS queues a run for every card whose date lands in the window, including catching up if a scheduled check was missed.

Forms

Form builders can now drop in a static image, pulled from Media Center, that displays on the public form without collecting an answer. Media fields can also accept multiple files instead of just one, with a configurable limit and validation on both the form and the server.

Mobile and iOS

Installed iOS apps now remember the last organization you had open and return to it after your session drops, instead of falling back to the first organization in the list. The status bar also matches your light or dark mode setting instead of staying one color.

Studio and Media Center

Exporting Studio frames on iOS now opens the native share sheet so you can save or send them directly; other browsers keep the existing ZIP download. Studio's settings dialogs no longer close themselves when you open the icon picker from inside them. In Media Center, image previews now show the whole image instead of cropping it, and you can delete an asset from the dialog header, not just the footer.
