Public forms can now accept file uploads, so a visitor filling out a form can attach a document, image, or other file directly to their submission. Form copy and validation messages can also be localized, so the same form serves visitors in more languages.
Ads
The Ads dashboard adds quick date-range presets, period-over-period comparisons, and trend deltas, so you can see whether a campaign is improving or slipping without pulling the numbers into a spreadsheet.
Support
The support inbox now shows the detected language for each visitor conversation. Knowledge base content can also be indexed from other languages while still displaying to visitors in its original language.
Organizations
Accepting an invitation to join an organization is smoother, and the emails organizations send are cleaner.
