Terms

SharpOS terms, cookie policy, privacy details, data processing commitments, and subprocessors in one place.

Terms of Service

Use of SharpOS

SharpOS is a client dashboard provided for authorized users of SharpHaw clients and related organizations. Users must keep account credentials secure and use the service only for legitimate business purposes.

Client content

Clients retain ownership of the content they add to SharpOS. SharpHaw may process that content to provide the service, support requested workflows, and maintain platform security and reliability.

Acceptable use

Billing

Where billing features are enabled, subscription and payment activity may be processed through Stripe. Client-specific commercial terms may be governed by a separate order form, statement of work, or agreement.

Availability and changes

SharpHaw may update SharpOS, add or remove features, perform maintenance, and take action needed to protect the platform. We aim to communicate material changes through appropriate client channels.

Contact

Questions about these terms should be sent through your SharpHaw account contact or at sharphaw.com.

  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, permissions, feature flags, or organization boundaries.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or malicious content.
  • Do not interfere with platform availability, security, or other clients' use of SharpOS.

Privacy Policy

Who we are

SharpOS is operated by SharpHaw. We provide a private dashboard for client collaboration, operations, audits, media, analytics, billing, and related workspace features.

Data we collect

How we use data

Analytics and cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication, preferences, and application state. Product analytics only starts after the in-app acknowledgement is accepted.

We minimize analytics payloads and avoid sending page query strings, names, email addresses, organization names, or organization slugs to PostHog.

Sharing and subprocessors

We use trusted subprocessors for hosting, database, authentication, email, billing, analytics, storage, and optional AI or audit integrations. The current list is available on the Subprocessors page.

We do not sell personal data.

Retention and deletion

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide SharpOS, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Clients may request export, correction, or deletion subject to contractual and legal requirements.

Your rights

Depending on location, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of their personal data. Requests should be sent through the client account owner or to SharpHaw directly.

Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact SharpHaw through the support channel provided in your client agreement or at sharphaw.com.

Data Processing Addendum

Roles

For client workspace content and user data, the client is typically the controller and SharpHaw acts as processor or service provider. SharpHaw may act as controller for account administration, billing, security, and business operations.

Processing instructions

SharpHaw processes personal data to provide SharpOS, follow documented client instructions, maintain security, support users, and meet legal obligations.

Security

Subprocessors

SharpHaw uses subprocessors to host, operate, secure, and support SharpOS. The current list is published on the Subprocessors page and may be updated as the service evolves.

Deletion and return

On termination or written request, SharpHaw will delete or return client personal data where reasonably possible, unless retention is required by law, security, dispute resolution, backup, or legitimate business obligations.

International transfers

SharpHaw and its subprocessors may process data in multiple countries. Where required, appropriate contractual, organizational, or provider safeguards are used for transfers.

  • Access controls and organization-scoped authorization.
  • Role-based permissions for platform and organization users.
  • Encryption in transit through HTTPS and provider-managed infrastructure protections.
  • Operational monitoring, logging, and incident response practices appropriate for the service.

Subprocessors

Updates

We may update this list as SharpOS changes. Material subprocessor changes are handled through the client communication channels required by the applicable agreement.
