Cookie Policy

This policy explains how SharpOS uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies.

Essential storage

SharpOS uses essential cookies and browser storage for authentication, session continuity, security, theme preferences, sidebar state, Support-widget session continuity, and the telemetry acknowledgement. Removing this storage can affect sign-in, saved preferences, and active Support conversations.

Product analytics

SharpOS starts limited product analytics only after a user accepts the acknowledgement popup. These analytics help us understand dashboard reliability and product usage.

Managing storage

Users can clear cookies and local storage in their browser settings. Clearing storage may sign the user out, reset preferences, end a Support-widget session, and show the acknowledgement popup again. Where analytics consent is used, users can withdraw it through the available consent controls; withdrawal does not affect processing already performed before it was withdrawn.

No advertising cookies

SharpOS does not use advertising cookies in the client dashboard and does not sell personal data.
