- What is SharpOS?
- SharpOS is the workspace where your work with SharpHaw happens. Pages, boards, audits, assets, forms, and campaigns live in one place, and it is the same place the work is built — not a copy posted somewhere afterwards.
- Do I pay extra for it?
- No. It is included with every SharpHaw plan and never billed separately. There is no workspace fee, no per-seat pricing, and no portal add-on bolted onto the engagement.
- Is it a separate product I have to buy?
- No. SharpOS comes with the subscription because it is how the subscription works. It is not sold on its own.
- Can my team have access?
- Yes. Access is workspace-based rather than per-seat priced, so you can bring in the people who need visibility without turning it into another billing conversation.
- Who can see my workspace?
- Only your organisation. Every client is a separate organisation and every read and write is scoped to it — nothing is shared between workspaces. Inside yours, four roles decide who sees what: owner, manager, editor, and viewer.
- What does it replace?
- The shared Notion, the Trello or ClickUp board, the Google Drive folder, and the manual site-audit PDF that usually float around an engagement.
- What if we leave — do we keep anything?
- Everything. Code, content, analytics, and assets are yours from day one. Pages export to markdown, board cards export as structured data, and assets can be archived. The workspace is meant to be useful, not sticky.
- Can I cancel any month?
- Yes. Plans are month-to-month, with no annual contract, no setup fee, and no minimum term. You can move up, down, or out any month.
- Do I need to install anything?
- No. SharpOS runs in the browser — nothing to install, on any machine.
- Is there a mobile app?
- Not yet. SharpOS runs in the browser today, and the browser version works on a phone.
- What happens if I create a workspace and I'm not a client?
- You get a demo workspace for 30 days. It is a real workspace with real surfaces, so you can open every part of the product and see how it works. After 30 days it goes read-only.
- How do I know what shipped this week?
- Two places. Your board shows work moving as it ships, and the releases page writes up every version of the product itself.
- Can I connect it to other tools?
- Yes. Integrations holds your organisation's connected provider accounts, and automations, Support, and the API all draw on them.
- Is there an API?
- Yes. Every surface is machine-operable: a REST API and an MCP server are built on the same operations the interface uses, not bolted on beside them.
