The hub opens on your content, and Support gets an archive
Boards, pages and customer lists open with their content on them, and Support conversations can now be archived.

Open a board and you used to get a grey outline of one, filling itself in a second later. Same with a page, a customer list, the Media Center, the org home. That wait is gone. The content is on the page when the page arrives.
Further down, sections load as you reach them. A dialog or a drawer stays quiet until you open it, and a tab you never click costs nothing at all. Nothing on a page waits on the slowest thing beside it any more.
Archive a Support conversation
A conversation can leave the inbox without you having to say how it ended. Archiving sits beside status rather than replacing it, so an archived thread keeps whatever state it was in and comes back exactly as it was.
Archive from the hover action on a row, or from the Details panel, where an archived thread also carries an Archived badge next to its status. Archived conversations drop out of the inbox and off Hub Home's "needs attention" list. To find them again, the Filters dialog has a new Archived segment, and you can save a view on it.
Archiving marks the conversation read, so it stops asking for your attention. If the visitor writes again, the thread comes back on its own. A conversation someone is still using belongs in the inbox.
Managers and above can archive. An editor can read the inbox without changing what is in it.
Opening another conversation now swaps the transcript alone. The list beside it keeps its scroll position and its filters instead of rebuilding around every click.
Failures your automations can read
A call to the SharpOS API, or one an agent makes through MCP, used to fail the same way no matter what had gone wrong. Now the answer names the cause. A connected account that broke on its own side reads differently from a request that was wrong to begin with, and the explanation comes through instead of being swallowed on the way out. Whatever you have built on top can tell those apart and act, rather than retrying blind.
