Custom member access, and your team can take over Support chats
Give any member custom access down to a single board or page, take over Support chats yourself, and sort boards by several fields.
Give each member exactly the access they need
Until now a member got whatever their role allowed, and nothing in between. The new Custom role changes that. Start from Viewer, Editor, or Manager, then raise or lower any area of the workspace. In Pages, Boards, Studio, Media Center, Forms, Spotlight, and Automations you can go down to a single item, so a viewer can edit one page while an editor works on two boards and only reads the rest. Or keep a manager running the team without letting them near your integrations.
Every board, page, Studio project or folder, media folder, form, Spotlight page, and workflow has an Access button now. Click it to see who can open that item and why. The Organization page has a Roles tab explaining what each role allows, and the Members tab marks who has custom access.
Access is set on the invitation too, so a new member is limited from their first click. They only see what they can reach in the sidebar, Quick actions, favorites, and search, and "Your access" in the account menu tells them what that is. You can't give anyone more than you hold yourself. Manager-level access comes only from owners.
Your team can take over a Support conversation
Some visitors need a person. Anyone on your team can now take a conversation from the inbox and answer it themselves. The reply appears in the chat widget under your team's name, and the assistant stays out of it until you hand the conversation back.
The assistant can also do the handing over. When a visitor asks for a person, or it doesn't have a good answer, it tells the visitor the team will reply and passes the conversation on. This stays off until you turn it on in Support settings.
Conversations waiting on your team are flagged in the inbox and counted on Hub Home, and your team gets a notification when one needs them. If a colleague already has the conversation open, you'll see it before you start typing. Support analytics now track handovers, team replies, and how long the team took to answer. You can take over, reply, and hand back from Quick actions or through the API as well.
Audits remember every finding
An audit is now nine scored areas and a queue of issues and opportunities to work through. History follows each finding from one run to the next, so you can tell what was fixed, what's new, and what's still open. Skip a finding, or turn it into a card, and that decision is still there on the next run.
Sort a board by more than one field
A view can sort by up to five fields in priority order. Set them in Customize view or from a table's column header. Views you saved earlier keep their single sort.
Right-click a card to change its visibility, copy its link, favorite it, or delete it. Tables show a row count in the footer, with the New button next to it. The calendar's day window, weekend display, hour height, and time step now live in Customize view.
See who's writing with you
When someone else is editing a page, a board card, or a customer note, you see their cursor and name as they type. Click their avatar to jump to where they are. Studio shows each other's pointers and selections on the canvas.
Pages, cards, and notes also share one block menu and one formatting toolbar now. On a phone, those tools sit at the top of the screen where the keyboard can't cover them.
Customer views work like board views
Customers have the same Customize panel as boards. Choose a layout, columns, and filters, then save it as a named view.
Studio exports GIFs
Any frame can be exported as a GIF. A still frame gives you one image; a frame with video or an animated GIF in it loops.
Also in this release
Media Center folders sort by newest, oldest, or name, and the order holds as you scroll. The Brand Kit page is now a set of section cards, and each color shows its light and dark versions side by side. Billing has moved into the Organization page as its own tab, and old billing links take you there. A member the hub can't identify now shows as "Unknown member" instead of a string of characters.
