YouTube and Dribbble boards, and a live link on every Media card

Plan YouTube videos and Dribbble shots on their own boards, and keep the live link on every Media card.

Plan YouTube videos and Dribbble shots on their own boards

Two templates join the Media group. On a YouTube board, each video or Short has a place for what YouTube asks for at upload: the title viewers see, the description, tags, category, playlist, Made for Kids, and whether the video shows altered or synthetic content. The card also keeps the master file, the running time, the thumbnail, a comment to pin, and the link once the video is live. Your card title stays the working idea, so the published title can change without losing the angle you started from.

A Dribbble shot holds its format, description, tags, and the Studio project with its frames. Dribbble doesn't accept fully AI-generated shots, so this board has no AI thumbnail prompt, and you post the shot to Dribbble yourself when it's ready.

Both boards show the full-colour YouTube and Dribbble logos wherever their icon appears.

A place for the live link on every Media board

Every Media board now has a field for where a card ended up once it goes out: Story URL on Medium, Post URL on X, Reddit, Instagram, and Facebook. It shows on the card, so you can open the published post straight from the board.

Fields that match each network

New Medium boards add a subtitle, topic tags, an SEO title, a canonical URL, and a member-only switch. X boards add alt text and a scheduled tick. Reddit gets a field for the link in a link post, Instagram gets collaborators and alt text, and Hashnode gets an SEO title.

The hint under each field follows the network's current rules. Instagram captions now point to the five-hashtag limit, for example, and Medium's search description allows 156 characters.

Boards you already run keep their fields. The new ones arrive when you create a board from a Media template.
