Quick actions run the hub from the keyboard, and seven more accounts connect

Quick actions used to find things. It still finds them, and now it does them.

Open it anywhere in the hub and a page, a board, a card, a form, a customer, or an invitation starts right there, without going first to the surface that owns it.

It also knows where you are standing. On a board you get a new card, a rename, a copy link, an archive. On an open card, the column move. On a page, a sub-page or the trash. On a form, its submissions, its public link, and the published toggle.

Anything that takes more than one keystroke stays inside the palette. A list to pick from, a field to type in, a confirmation before something is destroyed. Each step is a chip you can back out of with Escape, and a submit that fails keeps what you typed and tells you why.

Highlight a result and press Cmd+K again to act on it: open, open in a new tab, copy the link, copy the id, archive or trash when your role allows.

Old records are findable again. Forms, automations, support conversations, Spotlight pages, and audit targets only came back if they sat among the two dozen most recent. Anything older was invisible. Now they come back by title, however long ago you made them.

The palette opens straight away, and anything you have looked up before returns instantly while it refreshes behind you. A search that fails retries itself before it asks you to.

Seven accounts to connect, eighteen things they can do

Reddit, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Maps, Hashnode, and Dev.to now connect from the Integrations page. The Google and Reddit connections sign you in at the provider. Hashnode and Dev.to take an API key, so they connect in a drawer without sending you anywhere. Either way the connection belongs to the organization rather than to you, so anyone with the right role can build on it without coming back to you first.

Each one brings actions your workflows can run. Search Console pulls a query report, inspects a URL, or submits a sitemap. Google Analytics returns a report. Google Ads updates a Customer Match audience or looks up a campaign. Maps finds a place, or everything near one. Reddit posts, comments, searches, and reads a post back.

None of them announces anything on its own, so recurring work starts on a schedule instead. Schedule, then a Search Console query, then a format step, then send an email: that is a client's weekly SEO report, built once. Schedule, then a Reddit search, then a condition, and you have brand monitoring that costs nothing to leave running.

The dropdowns inside each action already know your sites, properties, publications, and audiences. They were read when you connected, so the panel opens without waiting on anyone.

Thirteen of the new actions work over the API and for agents too. A script or an assistant can query Search Console, publish to Reddit, or ship a post to Hashnode with the key you already hand out.

The page itself is one alphabetical grid now. It used to be four lists stacked on each other in an order nobody could use, so finding a provider meant reading the whole thing. Every provider SharpOS supports is on it, and one your workspace cannot offer yet says so on its card rather than failing after you press Connect.

A card on a board, then a published post

Hashnode and Dev.to take the last step off your hands. Write the piece as a card, and a workflow puts it on either network, then writes the live URL back onto the card. Edit the card later and a second action re-syncs the post that is already out there.

Both arrive with a board template carrying the fields the network expects, so nobody has to guess at them: subtitle, slug, canonical URL and the SEO pair for Hashnode; description, tags and a series for Dev.to. Hashnode publishing needs a Pro publication, and the connect drawer says so before you paste a key.

What needs attention is true, and it clears

Needs attention on hub home had been reporting work that was already done. Now a failed automation run links to the run itself. Opening it is what marks it read, and it reads as done for the whole team rather than only for you.

Failed audit runs behave the same way. A failure that a later run already answered drops off by itself, which matters more than it sounds: one organization was carrying a four-month-old audit failure that six healthy runs had superseded, and nothing in the product could clear it.

Watched columns underneath draw the same box whether the column is empty, holds three cards, or holds a screenful. An empty one says so in the middle of its own space.

Date triggers fire once, and old failures are reachable

A workflow with more than one Card date arrives trigger used to run every one of them whenever any date came due. Each trigger now checks the board and the date property that produced the tick, so only the right one runs. Worth opening a workflow you built around the old behavior.

The Runs panel has an All view and a Failed view. Failed goes back through everything rather than the newest page. A workflow that runs four times a day used to bury last week's failure past anywhere you would scroll.

The hub on a phone

The hub behaves like an app on a phone rather than a page that happens to fit one. Nothing sits under the notch or the home indicator. Buttons, nav rows, tabs, and breadcrumbs are big enough to hit with a thumb, and focusing a search field stops zooming the screen and leaving it there.

On pages that list things, like Media Center and Customers, the create action moved to a floating button in the bottom-right corner. That is what stops "Media Ce…" and "Customers" from being crushed to an ellipsis by two labelled buttons in the header. Secondary actions stayed put.

Anything that only appeared on hover is visible on touch: a page cover's Change and Remove, a media folder's edit, a page tree row's actions, a customer's status menu, and both avatar uploaders. The nav sheet opens scrolled to the route you are on.
