Your Support assistant can run on GPT-6 Luna, and you can now set how much effort it puts into each reply.
Run Support on GPT-6 Luna, at the effort you choose
GPT-6 Luna is now in the chat model list on the Support assistant's settings, and it's the one we recommend. Beside the model there's a new Reasoning effort setting. Leave it on Model default and nothing changes. Pin a level from None up to Max, and every reply to a visitor on your site uses that level.
Lower effort means faster, lighter answers, which suit simple questions. Higher effort gives the assistant more room to think through tricky ones. Owners and managers can switch models and change the effort level at any time.
